Return & Refund Policy
At Mimosa-Bark, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may return unopened products within 14 days of receiving them.
Return Conditions:
- Only unopened and unused products are eligible for return.
- The product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as received.
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
How to Request a Return:
- Contact our customer service with your order number and reason for the return.
- We will provide return instructions and the return address.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Opened or used products.
- Items returned after 14 days.
- Digital or personalized products (if applicable).
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
